At CarMarket.bz, we provide an online platform where users can browse, buy, sell, book, and connect with vehicle sellers and rental providers in Belize. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.
1. No Refunds from CarMarket.bz
CarMarket.bz does not issue refunds for any bookings made through our Website. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments are final.
2. Responsibility of Rental Providers
All rental agreements, cancellations, and refund requests are strictly between the buyer or renter (you) and the seller or rental provider. Each seller or provider may have its own policies regarding cancellations, changes, or refunds. You are responsible for reading the listing carefully, reviewing and agreeing to those terms directly with the provider.
3. Our Role
CarMarket.bz is not responsible or liable for:
- Refunds or cancellations of any kind.
- Disputes between buyers/renters and sellers/providers.
- Vehicle condition, availability, or quality of service provided.
We act solely as a third-party online marketplace and booking facilitator.
4. Contacting Sellers and Providers
If you wish to cancel or request a refund for a sale or booking, you must contact the seller or rental provider directly. Their contact information will be provided in your booking confirmation, and/or on their listing.
5. Exceptions
CarMarket.bz will only intervene in cases where a technical error on our Website caused a duplicate booking or incorrect charge. In such cases, please contact us at admin@carmarket.bz within 48 hours of the issue.
